In its Spring/Summer 2020 lingerie collection, Coco de Mer reimagines the awakening of nature through the lens of fine art. This season, the design team drew inspiration from the raw emotional intensity of Egon Schiele and the sensuous, gestural brushwork of Cecily Brown.
The result is a collection that feels like a painting come to life — rendered in soft pastel hues, lurex-threaded embroidery, and Chantilly lace adorned with delicate leaf motifs.
The poetry of the collection, however, does nothing to temper its seductive charge. Sheer bras, open-cup styles, and bodysuits that bare as much as they adorn sit alongside fine straps that trace and wrap the body like brushstrokes — intimate, deliberate, and utterly captivating.
