Marika Vera — lingerie from Mexico, with love

Marika Vera is a Mexican lingerie brand created by designer María Vera. The label first launched in 2010, with its debut collection selling out within weeks. However, the brand’s full-scale operations didn’t begin until 2014. Before launching her own line, Señorita Vera studied at London’s Istituto Marangoni.

The Marika Vera atelier, where original intimates are designed, is located in Mexico City. Production is split between the atelier (40%) and small family-run workshops scattered throughout the Mexican capital (60%). The Marika Vera aesthetic is contemporary, provocative, and simultaneously practical. Panties with daring cut-outs, strappy bralettes, and other bold pieces for intimate moments are now sold in over 30 independent boutiques across Mexico, Australia, and the United States.
