The Spring-Summer 2019 collection from Bordelle is arguably the most forward-looking the brand has ever produced. The aesthetic can be defined as athletic chic — elevated, as always, by Bordelle’s signature Art Deco sensibility.
In designing the bras, panties, bodysuits, suspender belts, and peignoirs, the creative team explored the language of line and movement, drawing inspiration from the architecture of Vienna and the work of artist Egon Schiele. Their interpretation of Viennese artistic culture finds its expression in gold straps that wrap and intersect across the body, set against dark mesh — the result is bold, undeniably feminine, and visually striking.
